Terms.
What you can expect from Skedday, what we expect back, and what happens when either side wants to stop.
The agreement
These terms are between you and Skedday Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Using Skedday means accepting them. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you are confirming you may bind it. Where a signed order form exists, that document wins wherever the two disagree.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account, for keeping credentials safe, and for the accuracy of the calendars you connect. Tell us promptly if you think an account has been compromised.
A seat is one person who publishes booking links. People who only book time with you never need an account and are never charged.
Acceptable use
Skedday is a scheduling tool. Do not use it to:
- send unsolicited bulk messages, or workflows the recipient did not ask for;
- impersonate another person or organisation on a booking page;
- probe, scrape or overload the service, or work around rate limits and access controls;
- break the law where you are, or where the person booking with you is.
We may suspend a workspace that is causing harm. Where it is safe to do so we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right.
Plans, billing and cancellation
Plans are billed per seat, monthly or yearly, in advance. Prices shown on the pricing page exclude VAT, which is added where it applies.
- Adding a seat is charged immediately, prorated to the day.
- Removing a seat takes effect at the end of the current period.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal. The workspace drops to Free rather than locking, so your links keep working.
- We do not refund part-months, but if something went genuinely wrong on our side, ask.
Service availability
We aim for Skedday to be available whenever someone tries to book, and we publish incidents rather than quietly absorbing them. Enterprise agreements may carry a specific service level; otherwise the service is provided without an uptime guarantee. Planned maintenance is announced in advance and scheduled away from working hours where possible.
Who owns what
Skedday, its interface, its code and its name remain ours. Your event types, your copy, your branding and your bookings remain yours, and you grant us only the licence needed to run the service for you.
Feedback you send us may be used to improve the product without obligation, which is our polite way of saying: please keep sending it.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
Ending it
You may close a workspace at any time from the settings page. We may end this agreement if you materially breach these terms and do not fix it within thirty days of being told. On termination you can export your data for thirty days, after which it is deleted.
Accessibility
A booking page is often the first thing someone meets, and it has to work for everyone. We build Skedday against WCAG 2.2 AA, and a failure against it goes in the queue as a defect.
- Every booking flow completes with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator.
- Times, dates and durations are exposed as text to assistive technology, never as an image or a colour alone.
- Body text meets a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 in both the light and dark themes.
- Motion respects
prefers-reduced-motion; nothing animates that a reader has asked to stay still.
If something here blocks you, tell us through the contact page and we will treat it as a priority fix.
Changes to these terms
We will give at least thirty days’ notice of a material change, by email to the workspace owner and on this page. Continuing to use Skedday after that means accepting the new version. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
