Enterprise exists for the parts of a rollout that have nothing to do with scheduling: identity, retention, review, and a contract somebody has to sign.

What counts as a seat?
One person with their own booking links and connected calendars. Anybody who only books time with you is never charged and never needs an account.
Can I change plan mid-month?
Yes. An upgrade takes effect straight away and is prorated to the day. A downgrade waits until the end of the period you have already paid for, so nothing disappears early.
What happens when the trial ends?
The workspace drops down to Free instead of locking. Your links carry on working, and the features above the Free line simply wait until you pick a plan.
Do you charge for Enterprise features on Teams?
No. Single sign-on, provisioning and the audit trail are the line between Teams and Enterprise, and everything else in Teams stays in Teams.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Two months, taken off the yearly invoice. Charities and schools get a further reduction, so ask us before you buy.
