Everything the instrument does.

Links, rules, teams, routing, reminders and embedding. Skedday covers the lot, and tries to be exact about every part of it.

One link, and the week behind it.

A Skedday link shows only the times that survive every rule you have set and every calendar you have connected. Nothing is offered that cannot actually be booked.

Included in every plan

Live
Availability is computed when the page loads, so a slot taken thirty seconds ago is already gone.
Local
Times are drawn in the reader's zone with the offset printed beside them, and the invite carries both.
Short
Pick a date, pick a time, confirm. There is no account, no download and no third screen.

A link for each kind of conversation.

An event type holds everything that makes one meeting different from another: how long it runs, what you ask beforehand, where it happens, and who is allowed near it.

Durations
Fixed lengths, a menu of lengths, or a duration the invitee chooses.
Questions
Short answers, long answers, choices and required fields, on the booking page.
Locations
Meet, Zoom, Teams, Webex, phone, in person, or an address you type.
Access
Public, unlisted, password-protected, or limited to a list of domains.
Group
Seats on one slot for workshops and office hours, with a waiting list.

Included in In every plan

Rules that read like a week.

Working hours are only the starting point. Skedday layers one-off changes, buffers, notice periods and daily caps on top of them, then shows you what came out the other end.

Schedules
Name one Studio hours and another Interview weeks, then attach whichever fits the link.
Overrides
Close a Thursday, open a Saturday, without touching the underlying rule.
Buffers
Padding before and after, honoured across every calendar you connect.
Notice
A minimum lead time, a rolling window, and a hard daily cap.
Travel
Add journey time for anything booked at a physical address.

Included in In every plan

One address, a whole team behind it.

Pool people behind a single link and Skedday works out who is free and whose turn it is, reading everybody's connected calendar to do it.

Round robin
Least booked, weighted by seniority, or strict rotation in a fixed order.
Collective
Require everyone, and offer only the times all of them genuinely share.
Fallbacks
Name a backstop host so a link never runs out of availability.
Managed
Push an event type to the whole team and lock the parts that must not drift.

Included in Teams and above

Ask first, then send them somewhere.

A routing form sits in front of the calendar. What somebody answers decides which team they reach, which link they see and how long it runs, and sometimes it decides they were better off never booking one.

Rules
Match on any answer, combine conditions, and order them the way you would read them.
Lookups
Route on what you already know about the domain or the account.
Dead ends
Send a support question to support instead of booking a call nobody needs.
Handover
Every answer arrives with the booking, so the first minute is not a recap.

Included in Teams and above

Everything that happens around the meeting.

Workflows hang on the meeting's own clock. Reminders, joining links, follow-ups and CRM writes fire relative to the start, the end, or the moment it was booked.

Triggers
Booked, rescheduled, cancelled, no-show, or a fixed offset from the start.
Actions
Email, SMS, webhook, CRM write, or a task for whoever is hosting.
Voice
Your sender address, your words and your branding, with no Skedday footer stapled on.
Scope
One link, one team, or the whole workspace, with an audit of every send.

Included in Standard and above

On your page, in your language.

The instrument drops into your own site and inherits your accent, radius and typeface. Everything the interface can do, the API can do, and every booking event has a webhook.

Inline
A div in the page, sized to its container, no iframe scrollbars.
Popup
A button or a link that opens the instrument over your content.
Floating
A persistent affordance that follows the scroll on long pages.
API
REST for event types, availability and bookings; webhooks for every change.
Theming
Accent, radius and type read from the CSS variables you already ship.

Included in Standard and above

Twenty things it already talks to.

Calendars are read and written two ways. Everything else is fired at the moment a booking changes, so nothing has to be reconciled later.

The boring, important part.

Skedday reads your calendar. That is a serious permission, and the design assumes you will want to check what we do with it.

Read the privacy noticeRequest a review pack

Least access
Skedday asks for the narrowest calendar scope each provider offers, and never reads message bodies.
In transit & at rest
TLS 1.3 everywhere, AES-256 at rest, and per-workspace keys for connected-account tokens.
Access control
SAML SSO and SCIM on Enterprise; role-based permissions and enforced domains on Teams.
Audit
Every booking, cancellation and settings change is recorded and exportable.
Residency
Pick the region your workspace lives in before the first calendar connects.
Deletion
Disconnect an account and its tokens are destroyed immediately; delete a workspace and the data follows within thirty days.
